Neil Gonsalves is an educator, a public speaker, and a training consultant. He has been a community college professor since 2006, teaching primarily in the area of law enforcement ethics and diversity. Neil has been a TEDx speaker, a keynote speaker, and a guest lecturer at several community events.

Prior to entering academia, he was the Senior Manager of Staffing and Development for the Toronto branch of a publicly traded security integrator. During his tenure there he served in various roles including, K9 Protection/Detection Handler / Executive Protection Detail / Mobile Patrol and Alarm Response / Operations Management / Training and Development Management

He is passionate about fostering an environment that encourages others to share their diverse perspectives and worldviews so as to promote healthy social discourse.
